The two-year Supply Chain Graduate Programme addresses production, distribution and other central functions including logistics, engineering, procurement and quality control. The three-year Sales & Marketing Graduate Programme provides wide-ranging experience in commercial field sales, product marketing, strategic partnerships and trade marketing. Participants in these comprehensive programmes will rotate roles at least three times, sometimes with the opportunity to work abroad.
